Perhaps you’re an adolescent carrying the burden of everything: to grow up, to decide on what is the “correct” course, to fit in. Or maybe you’re one of those adults trying to wade through the sea of responsibilities, expectations and dreams that don’t seem like they fit anymore. Maybe you’ve experienced loss, been parted from a sense of yourself and are learning to stand up again. Perhaps you simply want something — clarity, calm, connection, direction. You don’t need to have all the answers, or even know what the next thing you should do is. It’s okay to feel lost. To yourself, first.
